3 sleeps to go
yeeeeeeeeeeeha - here we go
Firstly i know everyone is waiting for photo's of the bachelors and bachelerettes, we just hav'nt had a moment to do it. Hopefully we'll get it up before the wedding. The excitement is growing at the same rate as the lists of things that still need to be done, one at a time, one at a time, thats all we can do.
So thats all for now, we look forward to seeing all of you at the wedding.

Where we stand, I suppose it depends on where we sit
Well, we have gone from Villa Francesco to Villa di Pinotage to The Tin Roof, sounds odd, we thought so as well. Three different sets of managers was all that we could handle. So where I hear you asking is this wedding going to take place, well you will just have to wait and see. Don't worry all of you who have booked tickets, it will still be in Pretoria or surrounds and the date remains the same.
The planning of these things is bound to have some hiccups, I suppose, how you roll with them is all that matters. All sorts of other interesting things have happened though. We found two fantastic photographers, the dress is finished (Mik's jy is n ster), the shoes are bought and very importantly the champagne is gathering dust in our garage - Yippeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee
So for now, thats the update

What do we want from it?
So, we got chatting today about: well everything really, so stop me if I'm talking rubbish, but here goes.
This day, our wedding day, its a journey right and its going to happen so fast. The thought then arises how are we going to remember everthing that happens that day, what is going to jog our memories 50 years down the line so that we can say with certainty that that is what we were feeling at that moment in time.
This then leads to the fact, that one picture says a million words. So, we need a photographic document (a totally to official sounding word) of everything that is going to happen that day. I'm talking about the posed photo's that are inevitably going to happen that day. I'm looking more at those private moments, those deep in thought moments that really show the emotions of the day.
Our wedding day is an epic day in our lives, its the day when two souls are joined in union, its the day when two families, who would probably never have encountered one another, if it was not for us, are joined together. All these factors lead to the conclusion that besides the obvious wedding day events, that this is a day to be remembered, to be singled out amongst all the other glorious days in our lives. The question is how do you capture these moments in a fashion that will forever tell the tale of what is going to occur on the 15th May.
This now leads to the next big appointment that has to happen, the photgrapher.
There we go, we know what we need to do, So do it baby
